Our Research Funding Activities
The Pacific Alzheimer Research Foundation (PARF) is involved in funding Canadian research projects related to finding a cure for Alzheimer’s disease. Specifically, our mission is to undertake fundraising activities for the continuous and long term support of research, to be undertaken by qualified scientific investigators in Canada, into the cause, prevention and treatment of Alzheimer’s disease and other neurodegenerative dementias.
PARF follows specific guidelines and procedures when choosing which projects to fund, and for how it oversees projects and disseminates the final results.
If you are a researcher working in these areas, we are interested in hearing from you and might be able to help fund your research activities. Please contact us to learn more about our current and upcoming funding initiatives, what is required to qualify, and how to apply for grants.
If you are an organization interested in partnering with us to co-fund research projects, please contact us as we are eager to hear from you and discuss how we can potentially work together.
